Vanessa Wrobel

PMHNP-BC

My Approach

Vanessa's therapy style is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what’s important to you and how to move toward it. She works with clients to explore the patterns, decisions, and relationships that shape their lives, and look at how these connect to their goals, values, and daily challenges. Rather than focusing on just one issue in isolation, she takes into account the different areas of your life—work, relationships, identity, and personal history—because they often influence each other. Together, you will clarify what you want to work toward and what might be getting in the way, then break things down into manageable steps.

She asks direct, thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and support you in building awareness and confidence as you make changes. The aim isn’t perfection—it’s progress that feels meaningful to you. Clients describe her approach as grounded, respectful, and focused on helping them make sense of things so they can move forward with more clarity and direction.

About Vanessa Wrobel

My Experience

Vanessa brings a wide range of clinical experience from working in diverse healthcare settings, including emergency rooms, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. These environments have given her a strong foundation in understanding people in different stages of life and across a broad spectrum of mental health needs.

She earned her Master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University, where she focused on the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program. This training deepened her understanding of both the medical and therapeutic aspects of mental health care, and it shaped the practical, compassionate approach that she brings to work today.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my family, taking beach vacations, and prioritizing a healthy work-life balance. She brings that same belief into her practice styles: that taking care of your mental health is not a luxury—it’s a vital part of living well.
