MSW, LCSW, and Clinical Supervisor

My Approach

Stephanie has always had a special interest in working with adolescents and families but recently shifted her focus to parenting issues and young adults. She uses a variety of approaches to meet her patient’s needs highlighting the importance of forming and accepting goals and exploring the personal and environmental issues that may interrupt that process. She appreciates the different perspectives and needs her patients bring to therapy and hopes to foster a comfortable and safe environment. With a holistic approach, she helps her patients establish goals, gain insight, learn ways to advocate for themselves, and look at important relationships. She believes this process offers patients their own safe space to explore current life stressors and gain the knowledge and skills to move forward in a positive direction.

Stephanie is a Certified Health Coach.
