About Olivia Borth

My Experience

Olivia views therapy as more than symptom reduction; it is an opportunity to better understand patterns, relationships, emotions, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. Her approach emphasizes curiosity, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship as important foundations for healing and growth. She strives to create a genuine and welcoming space where patients feel seen, understood, and accepted, and where they can safely explore both their struggles and strengths without fear of judgment. She values the courage it takes to engage in honest self-reflection and believes meaningful change often begins when individuals feel truly heard and understood, especially in the parts of themselves they may have learned to hide or minimize. Through a relational and insight-oriented lens, she supports patients in recognizing their resilience, building healthier coping strategies, strengthening emotional awareness, and developing a more compassionate connection with themselves and others.
