Dr. Lexi Bird
Psy.D., NCSP
My Approach
Lexi’s approach is rooted in a person-centered and evidence-based framework, with a strong commitment to understanding the whole child within the context of their environment. Specializing in psychoeducational assessment, she conducts comprehensive, developmentally appropriate evaluations that clarify a child’s unique learning profile, emotional landscape, and behavioral needs. Lexi believes assessment is not just about identifying challenges—it’s about illuminating strengths and guiding meaningful next steps. Her evaluations include practical insights and individualized recommendations that empower families to move forward with confidence. Lexi aims to create a safe, supportive space where children feel seen, families feel heard, and everyone involved gains a deeper understanding of how to help a child thrive—at school, at home, and beyond.
