Amanda Oleksak

LCPC, NASM - CPT, Clinical Supervisor

My Approach

Amanda's top priority as a counselor is to provide a safe atmosphere for her patients to share their stories at their own pace, and for their thoughts and feelings to be heard, understood, and never judged. She begins each patient’s therapeutic journey with collaboration on their therapeutic goals. She thrives working with individuals who are wanting to focus on their personal wellbeing mentally and physically. As a goal-oriented therapist, she will meet you where you are in within your journey, and help you along the way in changing unhealthy life habits and thinking patterns that get in the way of living your best life. Using evidence based treatments, Amanda specializes in treating co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideations, self esteem issues, and relationship issues. The majority of her clients are college students and athletes, but she does treat kids as young as 7 and adults as old as 45.

Amanda is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
