Courage to Connect Mental Health Center billing procedures are designed to be simple and efficient, enabling both patients and clinicians to remain focused on treatment rather than administrative and billing matters. Please contact our office directly for questions regarding our billing procedures.

Patients receiving psychotherapy services have two options for paying for their care:

  1. Health Insurance Benefits: Courage To Connect submits claims on the patient’s behalf to their insurance company and is paid directly by the third-party-payor. The patient is responsible for the copay, deductible amounts and knowledge of limits on covered services and/or limits on the number of sessions per calendar year.
  2. Out-of-pocket: Patients may pay out-of-pocket in full. Payments are due at the time services are provided.
