Located in “The Glen” medical park behind Kohl’s and Target, our single-level brick building is near the Waukegan Road & Willow Road intersection, across the street from Illinois Bone and Joint.

This location offers ample parking right outside our door (look for the large blue vases), beautifully decorated therapy rooms with natural light and a comfortable waiting area.
