My Approach
Brittney’s therapy style is patient centered with understanding and commitment. She uses a wide range of therapeutic approaches based off the individual needs of each patient she meets. Her approach to therapy includes the philosophy of undertaking a collaborative journey together, where you as the patient are the expert of your own experiences. The goal she strives for overall is helping you to find the strengths you already posses and helping you employ new skills along the way.
