Alexis Grias

M.S. | Psy.D. Psychology Doctoral Practicum Student

My Approach

Alexis takes an individualized, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a space where each person feels heard, supported, and understood. Her style emphasizes gentle guidance and reflection, helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for them. She draws from a variety of techniques based on each client’s needs, which may include take-home tools or exercises to support growth between sessions. Above all, Alexis believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and works to build a foundation of trust and safety. While focused on the present and future, Alexis also honors how past experiences shape current patterns. Her ultimate goal is to help clients gain the insight and skills they need to feel confident navigating life on their own—long after therapy ends.
