My Approach

The healing process thrives when the client’s strengths, aspirations, beliefs, and unique qualities are understood and valued. I provide a non-judgmental and empowering environment, while embracing creativity and thinking “outside the box.” My therapeutic approach is tailored to fit the client’s goals and needs, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Through my clinical training, volunteer involvement, and career, I have worked with a diverse clientele in hospitals, community colleges, social service agencies, and assisted living facilities.
