Goal setting provides us with a means to budget our time and feel a sense of accomplishment., When helping your child set goals remember that the goals should not be too easy or too hard to achieve. If goals are too easy for your child to achieve he or she will learn that success comes easy in all situations. If the goals are too hard to
achieve your child may become frustrated and never use goal setting. FInding a balance is important to set the right tone and help your child succeed.
